01How fast is delivery?
Within 24 hours, anywhere in Bengaluru, for both pre-inked stamps and polymer seals. The 24 hours start once you've approved the proof and paid. We work Monday – Saturday, 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM, so orders approved just before a closed day or public holiday may take a little longer — we'll tell you on WhatsApp.
02How do I order?
Design your stamp on our order page and tap “Send order on WhatsApp”. Your order arrives in our chat with all the details. We reply with a proof and a UPI payment link, and start production as soon as you approve.
03Can I add my company logo or signature?
Yes. Send the file in the WhatsApp chat — JPG, PNG or PDF all work. Black artwork on a white background gives the cleanest impression. If your logo is only on a letterhead or visiting card, a clear phone photo is usually enough for us to redraw it.
04Will I see the stamp before you make it?
Always. We send a proof on WhatsApp showing exactly how the impression will look. Nothing goes into production until you reply to approve it.
