Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every stamp and seal is made to order with your own text and artwork, so it cannot be resold. Please read this policy before approving your proof.

Cancellations

• Before you approve the proof: you can cancel free of charge. If you have already paid, we refund the full amount.
• After you approve the proof: production starts immediately, so the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Our mistakes

If the stamp does not match the proof you approved — wrong text, wrong size, wrong ink colour, or a manufacturing defect — tell us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will remake it free of charge, or refund you in full if a remake is not possible.

Not covered

• Errors in text or artwork that were present in the proof you approved.
• Low-quality artwork supplied by you, where we advised you before production.
• Wear from normal use, or damage from misuse.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method (usually the same UPI ID) within 5–7 working days.
