These terms apply to orders placed with MOHAR IMPRINTS through this website, WhatsApp, phone or in person.

Orders

An order is confirmed only when you have approved the final proof and we have received payment. The online preview is a guide; the proof we send on WhatsApp is the final design.

Your content

You confirm that you are entitled to use the names, logos, signatures, registration numbers and other details you ask us to put on a stamp or seal. You are responsible for checking the proof for spelling and accuracy before approving it.

We will not make stamps or seals that imitate a government office, court, official or authority, or that we believe could be used for fraud or impersonation. We may ask for proof of identity or authorisation for official, company or professional seals, and may refuse any order.

Prices

Prices on the website are in Indian Rupees and may change without notice. The price confirmed on WhatsApp at the time of your order applies.

Delivery

Delivery times are targets and are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
